Young Garbary- The City of Art is a multifunctional center, centre of culture whose users are artists and spectators. The first ones are the international society formed by young people- scholars from different countries; living, studying and creating in the same place. They are presenting their work to the viewers- inhabitants of the city and region. They provoke the discussion, reflection, and generate new views on art, culture that builds conditions for the economy development. It’s a specific centre of youth integration. It teaches respect for cultural differences between the nations forming the European Union.
Inspired by the historical structure of the new buildings arrangement expresses itself with the modern language of forms. Contextual dialogue is created both by scale as well as material and color. New complex fits itself into the surrounding on the account of delicate contrast, avoiding the literal sentimental repetitions from the past, devalued by the post-modern experience . The suggested homogeneous structure is a conscious realization of agreed convention of the building creation, which is not a building but a whole complex forming an urban landscape. The exterior look is subjected to this rule- architectural articulation of facades and roof plains. Diversified width of window openings, set by a consistent module of ceramic elevation liners, gives architecture a picturesque character- associated par excellence with art.
