The designed building is an attempt of modern interpretation of the character of adjacent buildings from the 50s of the last century. The acknowledged characteristics of the environs are cuboid forms and materials in a moderate color: white plaster and grey brick. Taking it under the consideration, our keynote was designing a building with a modernistic esthetics and industrial architectural detail, broken by wood in a warm color. Precise detail of the banister and the support of brick fragments of elevation on steel section is supposed to raise the building’s profile. Fully glazed loggias open the views from the living space on the outside. Letting sunlight to the interiors, raises the standard of apartments. The oriel on front elevation accentuates the building’s entering zone.
