The building consists of two parts : front two-level part located down the estate of a single-storey depot containing a workshop and the service station. Front of the building locates a car showroom open onto the space of the street with the glass façade and on the first floor- office rooms. The main entrance to the building is emphasized with wood brick. Red surface of the brick is continued in the inside, leading to the reception. The windows from the office part are fitted in with horizontal shutters of staged grille, protecting the inside from the summer overheating. This detail accentuates the industrial character of the building. Simple forms, constructional and material solutions are corresponding to strict budget foundations.
