Adaptation of the old apartment house from turn of the XIX and XX century is as an example of a successful attempt to locate modern office space in an old shell. The technical state of the façade brick crossed out the restoration of the original, bare elevation. Therefore, we decided to preserve the building, leaving original elements and plastered fragments in their current state. We simplified the varied textures with the use of light grey color. Night illumination highlights the classical composition of the frontal façade. The main entrance was supposed to be black-white with floodlit graphics on a frosted glass- unified system of signboards. Unfortunately, this element was not executed. The new stairway is made of architectural concrete with full metal banisters and highlighted handrails installed in the walls.
