Energetically optimized building meets the dominating tendency of open, filled with daily light and naturally air-conditioned office spaces- spaces offering the variety of usage forms- from single rooms to “open space”, corresponding every time to any process of work. Project is also solution to a demand for “special” planes, which take on features of more importance in the process of commercialization of the office buildings- the place of meetings, lounges, place for leisure…, which activates the employees by creating a possibility to establish informal contacts- something, that is a great value in making new plans and ideas.

Original form is a result of the search for natural ventilation solutions, cooling and heating as well as providing the building with the day light, it meets a demand for identification, being an interesting proposition for firms looking for a distinctive place but with limited costs of exploitation.
